Privacy policy
This policy explains what data we collect through this website, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights over it.
Last updated:
Who is responsible for your data
The data controllers are the co-founders of Go Ingenium, a company being incorporated in La Paz, Bolivia. You can contact us at the email address shown at the end of this page.
What data we collect
Only what you give us when you send the contact form: your name, your email address, the content of your request and, if you choose to include them, your phone number, your company and the service you are interested in.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in your message.
What we use it for
To answer your request, arrange the meeting you ask for and, if a project starts, keep in touch about it. We do not use it to send you advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
Basis for processing
We process your data because you send it to us voluntarily so that we can contact you. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and, if a project starts, for the duration of the relationship. After that we delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Who else is involved
To run the website we use providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting, database, email notifications and protection against automated form submissions. Some of them may process data outside Bolivia.
Visit statistics
We measure visits with our own system, without cookies and without third-party analytics services. We record which pages and sections are viewed, which buttons are clicked and whether the form is sent, together with the device type (based on the screen width), the site you come from (its domain only) and, if the link includes them, campaign parameters (utm).
We do not store your IP address, your browser details or anything you type into the form. To group the pages of a single visit we use a random identifier that only exists while the tab is open. To prevent abuse we keep, for at most 24 hours, a code irreversibly derived from the IP address (a "hash") that cannot reveal what it was.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record anything about your visit. Visit data is kept for at most 13 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. To do so, email us at the contact address with your request; we will reply as soon as possible.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
