We conduct extensive interviews with these prospective employees, exploring their backgrounds, reasons for seeking new employment, current compensation package, etc. Screening tools such as written tests and personal technical interviews with appropriate subject matter experts from our staff are utilized at the appropriate time, as are personality profile tests.
