Pre-Qualify Prospective Employees
In our search, we identify multiple prospective employees who are qualified for a given opportunity. We conduct extensive interviews with these prospective employees, exploring their backgrounds, reasons for seeking new employment, current compensation package, etc. Screening tools such as written tests and personal technical interviews with appropriate subject matter experts from our staff are utilized at the appropriate time, as are personality profile tests.

When appropriate, we will help prospective employees skillfully handle their resignation from their previous position and facilitate resolution to any issues that arise. We will also answer any additional questions or concerns he/she might have when making a career change in order to deliver the selected resource.
